Syntheon recently relocated to a 36,000 sq. ft facility allowing
us to greatly expand our manufacturing capabilities. Our new site
has over 5000 sq. ft of ISO 8 Class 100,000 clean room space and
adjoining environmentally controlled tech lab space.
The newly completed clean room was build using top of the line materials
to ensure a safe, clean and pleasant working environment.
The temperature and humidity are strictly controlled. Powerful
fans allow for approximately 28 full air exchanges per hour. SAM
Microsound ultra quiet high efficiency fan filters were used reducing
the ambient noise level to 45 dba. The clean room is lit by over
10000 watts of high efficiency 270v fluorescent lighting, providing
ample illumination throughout. |
